Google Calendar is a great way to organize your schedule. You can sync Google Calendar with number of mobile devices such as iCal, iPhone and iPad, Android Handsets, Blackberry, Nokia(Symbian) and Windows Mobile phones.

If you use both Outlook and Google Calender then switching between them is a tedious task because the changes you will make in one calender must also be present in other calender to remove any ambiguity. This is where Google Calender Sync comes in which synchronizes both the calenders which means that the appointment you will enter in Outlook will appear automatically in Google Calender and vice versa.

1. Download Google Calender Sync from here. This version supports only 32 bit Outlook version.

2. After completion of download, install it in your System.

3. After installation below Window will appear. Enter your “Email” and “Password” in below window and select sync options( 2-way is preferable) and select time interval for syncing. 10 minutes is minimum interval you can set.

4. Calendar Sync Settings window will appear in your System tray from where you can reset Sync options again.

If you’re facing any problem in following above procedure do tell us in comments.
